The complete catalog of URTI products delivered across the build history: the NFCC certification system and the QDL Licensing Portal with all 5 pages documented.
Non-Fungible Compliance Certificates (NFCC) are the foundational certification product of URTI. Each NFCC is a tokenized, auditable, blockchain-backed proof of sustainable and legal timber origin throughout the wood supply chain. NFCCs are required for EUDR compliance and serve as the primary product driving enterprise licensing revenue.
Every stage of the wood supply chain: tree registration (origin), harvest authorization, milling/processing, production (finished goods), and structural integration (end use). Each stage generates a certificate that references and links to the previous stage, creating an unbroken chain of custody.
Traditional paper certificates can be forged, duplicated, or retroactively altered. An NFCC is tokenized on-chain, creating an immutable audit trail. Any party in the supply chain — from forest managers to customs officials — can verify the certificate's authenticity and trace the complete history.
The QDL Licensing Portal is the enterprise platform for licensing NFCC IP to buyers. It provides the complete buyer journey from discovery through application, deal evaluation, licensing terms, and ongoing relationship management. The QDL is the primary commercial vehicle for URTI's enterprise licensing revenue.
Built-in rules-based deal evaluation engine (non-AI) that scores buyer fit from 0-130, recommends licensing tier, estimates deal value, and generates deal memos. The recommender is auditable and legally defensible for $2M–$200M licensing decisions. AI fallback available for complex evaluation scenarios.
Full admin dashboard for internal operations: user and company management, license offer generation, demo access control, NDA tracking, deal stage pipeline (Lead → Qualified → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed), and payment milestone tracking.
